Ran with Mike and boy my legs were tired today! If you read his blog, the last 2 miles we kicked the pace down a little but I did not have the same splits as him, I stayed about 30 sec behind him. (I forgot to start to my gps at the turnaround point). Leg was starting to feel a little tightness and restraint. I need to really stretch it over the next few days. Kinda makes me nervous for the 10k this weekend. |
