I have ran 20 marathons.  Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27

Short-Term Running Goals:

 Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT.  Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!

Ran with the girls on our reg ten. Legs felt like bricks today, so heavy and tired. Probably those squats and lunges yesterday. Other than being a little more tired today I overall felt very good. I rubbed a HUGE blister on the bottam on my foot today though. My feet and the extra weight and the way I carry it must makes things different and shift. Crazy!

I feel like I can relate to running with extra weight LOL! Great miles and nice job keeping yourself in shape. I have a neighbor that runs through her pregnancies and its amazing how fast she recovers after birth. That will be you for sure!
