Ran with my group an easy 5 miles. My calf is in a big knot, it doesnt hurt to run but I can feel the pressure back there and can feel my hamstring tightnening up. I really wanted to get more miles today but again I could not get myself out of bed to get it done before hand (hopefully next week will be easier). I dont think I will go out again this afternoon. My house needs desperate cleaning attention. I go see April on saturday again to get my leg worked on. I am kinda up in the air on Spectrum, I know I can run, in fact I still would try to get 10-15(slow) on sat but when it gets knotted its hard to get moving good on it, so we will see. I will decide tomorrow. |
