Slept in and then ran 10 easy miles. Rather sluggish to start but then ended feeling pretty good. My hamstring and calf felt pretty good today so I was happy about that. It will get beat up tomorrow but thats ok cuz i go straight for a deep tissue with April right after. I really dont have expectations for tomorrow, just going to go run my hardest and see what I can pull off. I hope to be able to hang with Bill. Its a tough course and there could be some headwind so ya never know. I will just be happy to be out there running!

Good luck tomorrow, you are running the Hurricane HM?

Wind in Hurricane, UT? If it has been like the last few days, get ready for more than just some headwind. Last year was pretty brutal. We'll see you guys tomorrow.
