Slept in and went for an easy 10 miler, GPS is acting up and havent had a chance to sit down and figure out whats going on so no avg pace, just did a route I know is exactly 10. Felt good. Last night was cleaning the bathroom and hopped up on the counter and my hip popped really bad. Its a little sore and my movement is slightly retrained on it. Felt fine running but its the after thats bugging me. A visit to the chiro might be in order. Can you go to them when you are pregnant??? |
