Taking today off. I will do an easy run tomorrow and then see April. I am pretty stinkin tight on my right leg today and calf has a pretty big knot and I can feel the muscle flinching. So I am takin break today and will do some weights and core later tonight. I am playing catch up today on all the stuff I did not get accomplished on saturday after the race. After racing I sometimes getting pretty queasy and lots of stomach cramping. Its not every time, but saturday I felt pretty crummy all afternoon but needless to say that did not stop me from downing a whole bag of mini cadbury eggs!!! I am serious the whole bag (I accomplished that after Moab as well:)

Yay! I'm not alone. It would be a bag of peanut m & m's for me. You know, the cute Easter ones...hee hee.. Over 2 days, as if that's any better?! Take care of that leg. You're smart to take it easy for a couple days! Still amazed at your VICTORY Sat!

You make me feel better about all the chocolate chip cookies I ate this weekend, however I did not run a race, only 1 mile. Enjoy your visit with April, I am sure you will feel much better.

Yes Josse another whole bag, that was pretty much my meal for the whole day, the only thing that sounded good!

Oh Christi- hmmm peanut ones are good too!

JOdy- You do make the best chocolate chip cookies I know, so if I would have been up there thats what I would have chosen! Glad you are feeling a little better with the knee and sorry I never called you back, I went home and just crashed.

Cadbury eggs in my house have to be under lock and key with my husband holding the key. When it comes to those my will power is zero. :-)

Marcie, I hope you have that very large plaque in a place of honor. You deserve a break today.
