Taking today off. I will do an easy run tomorrow and then see April. I am pretty stinkin tight on my right leg today and calf has a pretty big knot and I can feel the muscle flinching. So I am takin break today and will do some weights and core later tonight. I am playing catch up today on all the stuff I did not get accomplished on saturday after the race. After racing I sometimes getting pretty queasy and lots of stomach cramping. Its not every time, but saturday I felt pretty crummy all afternoon but needless to say that did not stop me from downing a whole bag of mini cadbury eggs!!! I am serious the whole bag (I accomplished that after Moab as well:) |
