I have ran 20 marathons. Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27

Short-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Took yesterday off since my hamstring has been acting up again and since I have a race this weekend just wanted to be cautious. Ran 3.5 on my own before meeting up with my group. Had a good run and pushed it a little towards the end. Today is also my my husband and I's 4 year anniversary!! We are going out to dinner tonight and then going to vegas to use some free nights that we have down there next week. 4 years go by fast!

Happy Anniversary! That is so exciting, before you know it it will be 20 years and your kids will be half way grown. I can't remember if I told you I wasn't coming down for the half. But have a good time and kick some butt.

Bill-then I am going to plan on sticking with you. I hope to be somewhere around that same time. Hey maybe you,me and steve h could carpool over to the race. My husband is going to be at the finish line so I dont want to end up with 2 cars over there so I am trying to find a ride and I think Steve is too. Do you think i could hitch a ride from you?

Congrats on 4 years! Sunny and I will be celebrating 9 this summer. 1:28 would be a pretty good time for this course. Last year I just barely run under 1:20. Don't know what will happen this year, I'm not feeling that great or excited right now.
