Usually mondays are an 8-9 mi run with my group but today the girl I run with only had time to do 4mi which I was happy with since I have the SC half this weekend and dont want to wear my legs out (especially where they were so fatigued last week). splits today were 8:07(uphill), 6:48, 6:55, and 7:50. Felt really good today-no fatigue in legs today:)avg pace 7:23 |
