Went 3.75 with Nat and didnt feel that great but then went 5.35 with peg. and felt tons better on the second half.  Avg pace was an 8.  Right hamstring still feeling a little tight, been stretching it but know I need to be better about stretching it out throughout the day. I need to get going with some speedwork, (strides and tempos) but have felt a little unmotivated to do so. I think I go through the winter running blues(every year!) when the weather starts to turn colder. I am giving it to the end of the week to take it easy on my runs and then I have to get back into the groove of things. By the way I am so excited my two sister-in-laws joined the blog (Jody and Andee)!!!

I will be sure to pass your encouragement on to Matt. He had a terrible headache last night and still this morning. I bought him Propel, Minute Maid Light, and the Crystal Light mix ins, so hopefully he'll like something and it will get easier - mentally and physically!!! We had a great time last week and the boys are already talking about Christmas!! Keep up the good work on your runs, I took today off!

your an awsome example. keeping your base is more important then speed work right now.

Good Job - Stretching is my weakness. I am trying to do better.

I am proud of you, running even when you are feeling lazy. Good luck working into the speed work and nice job recruiting! (gals especially)
