Went with my gal pals this morning. Very nice weather. Should have worn shorts and a tank. I love this weather! Leg was not tight at all today. It seems like it does after I go further than 10 so til moab i am sticking with 10 milers so I dont aggravate it too much.

Good job with your 10 miles this morning. I think you are very smart with your plans to get ready for Moab. Thanks for the phone call, it was fun to visit with you. Have a nice weekend!

Ya I agree, nothing to big this week! I have a challenge for you. Running is suppose to be fun right? This week at Moab, your only goal is to have fun! You have been injured and I think because of times you have ran in the past, there is a certain pressure to keep doing it. I say, who cares this time. If running fast feels FUN, then run fast. If running slow feels FUN then run slow. You should not be expected to run the usual speedy time with a naggy injury! Did I mention, HAVE FUN!!

I would agree with Mike on this upcoming race. I was asking him how you have been feeling, and he told me a little about your injuries and training, and running in general. Don't get too down on yourself or feel like their is pressure on you to run certain times. Just go out and do your best and have a good time.

Marcie- looks like you'll be ready for Moab. Enjoy you're time there, hope I'll be there w/ ya next year!
