Wow my legs, I mean my whole body is sore today. Even my ribcage hurts. I got up out of bed and kinda stumbled around and wondered if I would be able to run. I went out and we did an easy 9 and it actually felt pretty good to get the legs moving. Any downhill at all I could really feel (alot). I can't believe I am this sore. I have not gotten this sore for a long long time. I am going to try to keep my miles up this week, and get a few extra in on turkey day so I can feel a little better about having that extra piece of pie!!(and all the other goodies too:) |
