Yayyy! I can almost walk with no pain. I can feel my hip a little but I no longer walk with a limp and the sharp pain is GONE. I decided to completely rest it for more than 1 or 2 days. So I have not done the elipitcal this week so far. Tonight or tomorrow I will start back up on it and then hopfeully add some power walking outside or on the treadmill and get back to my twice a week weights too. I really want to try to some lgt running miles this weekend but dont know if i dare. I just feel really large right now but am trying hard to watch what I eat so i dont pack on uneccesary weight. For some reason its easier for me to eat really good when I am working out. Thanks for everyone for all the nice comments and for thinking of me! |
