I have ran 20 marathons.  Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27

Short-Term Running Goals:

 Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT.  Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!

Yayyy! I can almost walk with no pain. I can feel my hip a little but I no longer walk with a limp and the sharp pain is GONE. I decided to completely rest it for more than 1 or 2 days. So I have not done the elipitcal this week so far. Tonight or tomorrow I will start back up on it and then hopfeully add some power walking outside or on the treadmill and get back to my twice a week weights too. I really want to try to some lgt running miles this weekend but dont know if i dare. I just feel really large right now but am trying hard to watch what I eat so i dont pack on uneccesary weight. For some reason its easier for me to eat really good when I am working out. Thanks for everyone for all the nice comments and for thinking of me!

Glad to hear your on the move again. If you ever want someone to walk with, Collen has been walking 8 miles per day. Some days she goes with a few other gals, but a lot on her own. She walks pretty darn fast.

I have the same problem Marci! I eat great while I am in workout mode but when I am lazy, I eat like crud and pack on the weight! I don't know what is wrong with my brain:) I'm glad you are feeling a bit better. Enjoy the last little bit of being prego, it'll be over before you know it:) Are you about 8 weeks out now?

Yes about 8 weeks, I hope though he decides to come a few weeks early, he has got to be getting squished in my belly, its not like a I have alot of space there with my heighth:)

Hey girl! I'm so glad too that you are feeling a bit better! Take care of yourself, , , and hang in there. Soon you'll be able to run free and easy, (by yourself that is :) no cute little babe to tote along) and it will be here before you know it! And you better dang well weigh more than me, you're 8 mos pregnant! You're going to be fine training wise, you have such a great base and your body remembers that tip-top shape you have been in so it will get back to it so fast!

So good to hear that you are feeling better!! I am happy to hear that!! I hope these last few weeks of pregnancy are good to you! I am sure they will be. Now, I need to figure out how to eat healthy when I work out. I am the opposite. I feel that I justify eating like crap because I tell myself that I ran or worked out that day and so it's okay. When I don't exercise, I have a much easier time being disciplined with my diet. I need to work on that!! Thanks for the inspiration. Hang in there cute girl!~
