Hi! Welcome to the blog, always great to get more female power going. Especially fast ones! Nice PRs. Hope your stomach gets back to normal quick.

Marcie - welcome to the blog. For the SC half, unless it is a key race for you where you really want to rock, I would recommend just training through it. Being tired in a half before the gun goes off is great for long-term development. This is how I train for marathons - just race halves without a taper. I still race all out, but on tired legs it becomes more of a training run.

Good to see you join the blog. It really has helped me out a lot. Keep up the good training and tell Garrett "hi" from me.
