Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Personal:
Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT. Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!
ran with nat and tia and then added on a little at the end. Legs and body felt incredibly fresh for running the evening before. Great weather again. Hope it lasts!! accidently stopped garmin so no avg pace or time.

Mik'L I am feeling so dang good! I cant complain about anything right now. You are getting so close any day now. Cant wait to see the little guy. Our boys can be finish line buddies at all the races!
