Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27 Short-Term Running Goals: Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running! Long-Term Running Goals: Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

| Did not make plans to run with anyone cuz garrett is playing in the all night heat stroker softball tournament and not sure when he would get home, so ran on own.
