Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

That is an amazing time! Congrats to you. Maybe I should take some time off and have a baby.......well that's not going to happen. But if that is what it would take to run a 3:00 it may be worth figuring out. LOL
