No running today because of my deep tissue last night, I was hoping I would be able to do an easy 6 even though she had told me not to run on it but my calf was so sore today I could bearly walk on it this morning. It feels so much better now. Did the elipitical for 30 min and then weights and core. I feel like the biggest blob this week from cutting my miles so drastically back but I know it will pay off in the long run. I am really been watching my diet so I dont gain weight this week. I plan on 9-10 mi tomorrow, friday and longer on sat. Pretty sure I am not going to run the Utah Valley Marathon now. I will not be ready for it and dont really want to spend the money to drive up there. |
