I have ran 20 marathons.  Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27

Short-Term Running Goals:

 Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT.  Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!

Ran some loops around my house. Leg got a little tight around 6 miles, ended up with a little over seven. I will let it rest the rest of the day and hopefully get some more miles in after work either outside or at the gym. Love the spring weather. avg pace 7:18

pm: ran 5.6 miles after work, did my favorite out and back route. Had a headwind for the out portion but coming back was great. avg pace 7:40

Great job! As I'm watching the rain/snow mix falling outside, I'm very jealous of your spring weather. We are coming down on the 17th of May for Kathy to have their new baby sealed to them. It will be fun to see all of you.

My leg is actually doing really good lately. I could just feel a little tightness so just playin it safe. I think its from going longer on fri and sat but really its feeling really good! knock on wood!
