I have ran 20 marathons.  Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27

Short-Term Running Goals:

 Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT.  Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!

Still sore but easing up a bit. Ran 6 with Peg and Heidi and then added on mile. Where I had my quad worked on is still pretty sore though. That should ease up in the next couple days (I hope!)

avg pace 8:30

B: 1 cup kashi go lean cereal,1 peach diced, 1/4 dried blueberries and 1/2 c van soymilk

L: turkey salad, 1 nectarine

S: apple, 1 oz vermont cheddar cheese

D: turkey vegatable wrap on brown rice tortilla

S: orange and zone bar

So, you already at B,L,S. Thats very impressive! And I thought I ate alot (jk). Hey, good job on the miles and the diet. Are you sure your ready to run with a big anchor? It's not going to be pretty!

Marcie, there is a great website called fitday.com that tracks your food for you. You just input what you ate, and it adds up the calories. It also breaks down carbs, protein, and fat. You can input your workout and it will tell you how many calories you burned that day too. And, it's free!

Try doing some cold/heat on them for the soreness, it always helps me for post massage soreness.
