Met up with my friend for an 8.5 mile loop. The first two miles are uphill and hills are my enemy lately. We were both kinda of draggin the first half of the run (did weights and squats/lunges last night, so my legs were tired) then felt good from then on. Felt good after and had a few min so added on another 1.5 miles so I would not feel bad about eating Cafe Rio and birthday cake tonight! avg pace 8:48 |
