I am going to copy Michelle and Josse and start blogging my goals for the week on sunday. I think that will help me stick to and accomplish them if I say (or write) them out loud.
1. NOT SLEEP IN Mon-Sat
2. 60 miles minimum
3. Mon and Wed get avg pace in the low 7's
4. For my own reasons I really feel I need to shed at least 5lbs so I will be working towards that with being more conscious of what goes in my mouth! |
