Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT. Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!
40 min elipitcal and 15 min walking on treadmill at an incline. felt good. got a foam roller and absolutely LOVE it!

Marci-You are still just plugging along. You are amazing.
I also love my foam roller. I used to go to the gym to use the ones there but finally bought one at the first of the year. I wish I would've had one while pregnant to help with sciatic issues.
