Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT. Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!
Cold today, lots of wind! There was also black ice on the roads, almost went down a few times. So glad its friday and I get a whole week off work. I hope to get in some really good runs next week.
Yahoo! A whole week off of work. I'm glad you had a safe run this morning, even with the ice. I'm glad it's Friday because we are one day closer to heading south!!

Of course running, what else...no I am going to run but relax as well. I am looking forward to running and then being able to go back to sleep if I want to.
