Had a very fun run with Peg, Heidi, Cheri, and Jody. Ran our usual 10 mi route and then Jody and I added on 2.5 min route loop. I keep feeling better and better so hopefully I am getting close to feeling back to my old running self and motivation. Only slight tuggin in lower ab last couple mi. SteveH showed me some stretches to help me and hopefully it will continue to feel better and better. |
