Ran with Jody up in West Valley. Did an out and back run. Felt pretty good, could still feel my hamstring, it would come and go throughout the run. Legs still don't feel super fresh, still heavy feeling. Ran easy out with Jody and then we turned around and I ran ahead a little. I get one more day of getting a treat each day but come sunday I am back on the straight and narrow. I now know why I try to stay away from my treats, they taste good going down but then I feel like crap after. My body is just not used this much sugar anymore! But Jody made some dang cute cookie dough last night! We went to a wedding yesterday and between wedding and wedding dinner went to the gateway and got a few things at Ann Taylor Loft (I justified to my husband because I had a coupon I had to use:) so that helped cure/ease my post marathon blues:) Thank you for shopping and clothes! avg pace 8:29
