I have ran 20 marathons.  Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27

Short-Term Running Goals:

 Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Married for 6 years to a very supportive husband .Work part time as a dental hygienist in SG, UT.  Just had first baby boy June 6 2009 and love being a mommy!

So my determination from yesterday wore off quickly when the alarm went off to get up and get miles in beforehand, turned it off and went back to bed til it was time to meet my group. Maybe after cub scouts I will go back out but kinda doubt it. But anyways I did feel good today on our run!

I am not sure, maybe hurricane 1/2 and if not that then wasatch back in june but that is really not a race for our team just run and have fun.
