So not my best long run I ever had. Got another side stitch and it just would not go away, had it not been for running with great company and conversation it would have been absolutely miserable. Had to stop and walk a few times to breath it out but then gradually it just came back. Just glad its over and done with now!

Good thing long runs count even when they aren't glorious or fun. I had one like that today. Good job sticking with it!

Great job! Thanks for the pep talk and listening to me whine!

Great job on the 20 miler.

I was thinking today that I need to start doing a couple longer runs again. I have been so lazy this winter when it comes to long runs on saturday. If I don't have a long race to prepare for I lack the motivation.

Hey, we need to go running together sometime! I haven't seen you in FOREVER! How about Saturday before conference?
