Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27 Short-Term Running Goals: Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running! Long-Term Running Goals: Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Ran with the girls and felt great. Left hip got a little achy towards the end. Going to see April tonight to have her work on some knots in my back and will have her go over my hips as well. May take tomorrow off, feel like my hips have been shifting a little more and just want to be extra careful.

| no running, hip is not feeling good. Went to the chiro on tues. (didnt really help) saw april later that night, helped loosen it up so could have better range of motion but not runnable, will be taking a few days off, very frustrating. | Add Comment |
