60 min elipitcal followed by walking at incline on TM for 30 min (2miles). This routine is getting very boring, but at least its something. Can really feel the pressure on my back and hips. I am so ready to be done and I cant wait to get back to running! Getting closer, just a little over a month left. I am just praying he comes a little earlier, not much but a little would be nice! :) |
