Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27 Short-Term Running Goals: Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running! Long-Term Running Goals: Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

Very nice run with me and my ipod today. Felt great. I always forget to post this but a 2 miles walk with taylor. We take this walk each morning. Very nice cooldown after running.

Ran the Snow Canyon loop with Heidi and Court. Felt so good to do a "long " run. First real long run since the marathon and pregnancy. Felt so good going up through snowcanyon.
