Utah Grand Slam 2003, PR's Swiss Days 5k 2008 19:48 Spectrum 10k 2008 39:08, HobbleCreek 1/2 2008 1:24:18 , SGM 2009 3:00:27 Short-Term Running Goals: Sub 3:00 marathon and sub 1:24 half marathon in 2010 but not put too much pressure on myself and ENJOY running! Long-Term Running Goals: Keep improving on my running and race times but at the same time be able to keep it very enjoyable!

| Met up with my friend for an 8.5 mile loop. The first two miles are uphill and hills are my enemy lately. We were both kinda of draggin the first half of the run (did weights and squats/lunges last night, so my legs were tired) then felt good from then on. Felt good after and had a few min so added on another 1.5 miles so I would not feel bad about eating Cafe Rio and birthday cake tonight! avg pace 8:48 | Comments(4) |

| Plan orginally was to do 8 or 9 and then go do the elipitical for 30 min at the gym. Ran 9 and then drove to the gym with exactly 35 min to spare before I needed to be home, well no elipitcal was available so I drove home and changed into new running clothes and out the door I went for another couple miles. avg pace 8:23. | Comments(6) |
