Slept in and went for a run after work, usually hate running in the afternoon but it felt great and I ran in shorts and t-shirt. Beautiful weather, overcast with a light breeze. Felt so good too, told myself to start, you only have to go five miles but ended up with 9. Started the week off just right!

avg pace 8:40

Had a fantastic run. It went by so fast, it seemed like I just started and then I was done. When I run I really forget that I am pregnant, so far I dont feel my belly is heavy or pressure, in fact I really forget my belly is even there. The weather again was gorgeous. Thinking I may go get a pedicure today, my feet deserve and its getting uncomfortable to paint my own. Running 12 down the marathon course, cant wait! I have not been on it since marathon day. It has taken me this long to finally want to go back on it after that crazy day. I think the spring weather just gets me excited! avg pace 8:30

Ran with Peg down the marathon course. Garrett was nice and drove us up. windy but fortunately the wind was to our backs then it just died down. Great run and went by really fast. Helps when you have good company to run with. Avg pace 7:44 (remember this run is all down hill!)

upper body weights after.
